Bottega organic coffee is a deep brown colour, with intense aroma and a full, rich taste. This is a robust and aromatic coffee. The quality of the Arabic Santos blend has a clean fragrance and a sweeter aroma, easier to digest. Careful plant tending means no roasting of raw or overripe beans and no compromise of fragrance or fine coffee flavour.

production method

Coffee beans are grown in Torrefatto Macinato organic farming. The blend is 100% Arabic mix.

The beans are cultivated to yield uniform size to enable even toasting, avoiding the risk of raw or burned beans. The entire process is carefully controlled to avoid any loss of flavour and retain bigger coffee fragrance.

serving

Bottega organic coffee is suitable both for classic Italian espresso coffee and also weaker American coffee. It can be used in cooking for the preparation of cakes and tarts. To prepare an espresso coffee, use 3 teaspoons.
